Lucy McGrath
Lucy is an organisation consultant and lawyer with 20 years’ experience as a lawyer, mediator, manager and leader in both small and large organizations. She has built and led teams in global multi-nationals across industries including NBCUniversal, BBC, Salesforce and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Lucy supports her clients using a system-psychodynamic approach that integrates structure, tasks and economic context with human factors that arise in individuals and group dynamics. She helps leaders and teams navigate the intersection of people, culture, structures, and technology to enable them to thrive in uncertain and changing times.
