Conflict management
I am an accredited workplace, civil / commercial and community mediator. Facilitating conflict resolution and repair. I provide both formal mediation services as well as supporting complex organisational conflict. I provide a supportive and safe environment for leaders, individuals or teams in conflict to reflect on causal factors and impact of conflict, support all parties to co-create realistic and sustainable solutions.
Recent engagement:
Facilitated the exploration, and resolution, of intra-group conflict in teaching department of prestigious university that was impacting student outcomes and staff wellbeing.
In a global firm, there was long-standing conflict arising between HR, IT and Legal functions stemming from competing priorities, governance approaches and communication styles. This was impacting delivery on several strategic initiatives. I guided the teams and their leaders through a structured resolution process to address underlying sources of conflict, strengthen relationships and reach agreement on shared objectives and collaborative working practices.
